Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using the Sprout Lark website (sprout-lark.com) and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.

Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily view the materials on Sprout Lark's website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

Services Description

Sprout Lark provides landing page design and development services for advertising campaigns. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing for any project will be outlined in a separate project proposal or service agreement between Sprout Lark and the client.

Submitting an inquiry through our website does not constitute a binding agreement for services. All projects require a signed agreement and deposit payment before work begins.

Intellectual Property

The content, design, graphics, and other materials on this website are owned by or licensed to Sprout Lark and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our express written permission.

Upon full payment for completed project work, clients receive ownership of the final deliverables as specified in their project agreement. Sprout Lark retains the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

User Submissions

Any information, materials, or content you submit to us through forms, email, or other means ("Submissions") will be treated as non-confidential unless you have a signed confidentiality agreement with us. By submitting content, you grant Sprout Lark a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use the Submissions for the purpose of providing our services.

Disclaimer

The materials on Sprout Lark's website are provided on an "as is" basis. Sprout Lark makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

We do not guarantee specific results, conversion rates, or business outcomes from our services. Marketing and advertising results depend on numerous factors beyond our control, including market conditions, product quality, and campaign execution.

Limitations

In no event shall Sprout Lark or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Sprout Lark's website, even if Sprout Lark or a Sprout Lark authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

Payment Terms

Specific payment terms will be outlined in individual project proposals. Generally, we require a deposit before commencing work, with remaining balances due upon project completion. Late payments may incur additional fees as specified in your project agreement.

Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation policies and refund eligibility are specified in individual project agreements. Generally, deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced. Partial refunds may be available for work not yet completed at the time of cancellation.

Modifications

Sprout Lark may revise these Terms of Use at any time without notice. By using this website, you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these Terms of Use. We encourage you to periodically review these terms.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario, Canada, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that province.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms of Use is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms of Use will otherwise remain in full force and effect.
